what is the best way to trap a beaver?

the best way i think to trap is either the beaver castor mound set or the *Dont say this word* cross over set. at a mound set you usually use a trap(foothold) with a jawspread of 6 ins. or greater and set it in between the mound and water so that when the beaver checks the mound, it steps in the trap. the *Dont say this word* cross over is set with a foothold with a jawspread of 6 inches or greater and as the beaver crosses over the *Dont say this word* and you can easily set a drowner there and have it when you get there. note that you can use conibears for both of the sets but i would not use a coni smaller than the 280, best coni to use though is a 330 or bigger.
