baits for mink

whats the best bait for mink

i have been using venison scraps and fish but havent been catching much mink

just coons

mink aren't like coon, it takes time!! try near where they thrive most. when snow is on ground follow their trail to the den.

fish heads have always been a winner for me, but the best way to catch em is with blind sets, they don't get trap shy or bait shy, hit when they don't expect it. thats the best way

another good bait or lure is their own gland..when you get one and skin it...make sure you keep their scent gland!! if you don't want to use it you can sell both of them for up to 8 dollars! ☺
