what is the best way to find a beaver run under ice

well for one thing is where is the lodge?? usually beaver runs are around the lodge when the water is iced over. another thing is where's the food? think about these things when your out there and it turns out pretty easy to find the runs. and are you new here?/ if you are welcome and this is a great site!!

One way to find beaver runs under the ice when trapping through clear ice is to look for large bubble trails, these bubbles usually mean there is a lot of beaver swimming through that area and making a baited set close by can produce a few beaver
